Code of Conduct
Children are asked to comply with a Code of Conduct set out by the coaches. Children who seriously breach the conduct will be removed from the course.

Punctuality
We ask that children are dropped off and picked up punctually

Payment Details
All Cheques and Postal Orders need to be made payable to Mark Black. The Soccer School operates a no refund policy.

PARENTAL/GUARDIAN CONSENT
I give consent for my child to take part in the activity and consent to emergency treatment as necessary. I accept that the organisers and their employees are not under any liability whatsoever in respect of injury, loss or damage whilst on the course, other than imposed by the law.
